Return Policy – Non-Perishable Packaged Food

At Foothills Catering, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return policy below for non-perishable packaged food items.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • 88Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of the purchase date.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged (unless due to our error).

  • Returns requested after the 7-business-day window.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
