We had a family event at a mountain cabin catered by Foothills Catering. They were great to work with. They were willing to cater a meal using a family recipe which was the best version of the dish anyone had had. The quality of ingredients and the flavor was great. We also had their Veggie Lasagna which also had nothing but compliments particularly about their generous use of fresh ingredients. The fruit salad, green salad and rolls were also very good. We used their drop off service for this informal event and it was delivered and set up on our tables with everything we needed for the meal. I highly recommend them. They did a great job for us. We appreciated their flexibility and good communication with the arrangements.
